Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBhavnagari Mirchi
  2. 75 gmPeanuts
  3. 3Grated Onion
  4. 1 tbspMustard seeds
  5. 7-8Curry leaves
  6. 1 tbspGreen chilli Paste
  7. 1/4 tbspGinger garlic paste
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  10. 2 tbspCoriander and cumin powder
  11. 1 tbspLemon juice
  12. 1 tspGaram masala
  13. as neededOil
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. as neededCoriander leaves for Garnishing

    Wash chilli properly and take out it's seeds. Then deep fry it.

    Dry roast peanuts.

    Then grind it.

    In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. When it crackls add curry leaves to it. Add grated onion to it.

    When onion turns pink add all the spices to it.

    Add peanut powder to it. Mix it well. Add 1/4 cup water to it.

    Add fried green chilli to it. Add 1 glass of water to it.

    Add lemon juice and then cover the lid. Cook for another 7 -8 mins on medium flame.

    Garnish with coriander.

    Served with Roti,puri or rice.
