Steps

Finely chop kaddu and the tomato.

Heat a pan. Add oil and heat well.

Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté.

Add the kaddu and mix well.

Add the tomatoes and mix again.

Add the spices and the salt. Mix again.

Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame.

Cook till the the water released from the kaddu is evaporated and the sabji is soft.

Serve with chapatis.
