Veggies ko barik cut karein or achhe se wash karein.cooker m 1 whistle lagaye. Thanda hone par achhe se mash karein.sabhi masale mix karein or non stick pan m hing zeera rai ko roast karein or mash ki sabzi ko 5 min bhun le.sauce mix kar le.Ye filling ready ho gaye.

Bowl m besan ajwain, 1/2 tsp chilli powder,salt, coriander leaves or green chilli m pani se ghol bana le

Bread ke kinare cut karein or ek bread lekr belan se bele.bread thin ho jayegi.1 tsp filling ko achhe se spread kar ke bread ko roll karein or kinaro ko pani lgakr band karein.issi tarah sare roll bana le.

Ek burtan m pani garam kar ke upper chalani rakhein.ek roll ko besan m dip kar ke chalani par rakhein.issi tarah sare banayein.ab steam m inhe paka le.

Pkne ke baad 1/2 inch ke pieces m cut karein or tomato or green chilli se decorate karein.
