Take a bowl add 2 1/2tbsp besan, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and caramseeds mix well.add some water and make a smooth batter (as pokode batter)

Heat a pan add water, when water stated boiling drop one one spoon batter and deep down inside the water. When pokoda is cooked it comes over the water

Transfer the pokoda on a plate.

Take a bowl add buttermilk, add all dry masala and salt with besan mix it well.

Heat a pan add punchfutan, sauted for a mint. Add currypatta, hing, and chopped ginger sauted it for a minute.

Add the buttermilk mixture, boil it 2-3mint add pokoda.

Ready the kadhi pokoda,garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder serve it.
