  2. 1onion finely chopped
  3. 1 tspGinger minced
  4. 1 tspGarlic crushed
  5. 1/2 tspCayenne
  6. 1 tspCoriander
  7. 1 tspTurmeric
  8. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  10. 1 1/2 cupcooked carrots and green peas
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. Cooking oil

    Prep all your ingredients

    Heat oil in a pan and add onions

    When almost golden brown add the garlic and ginger cook for 1 min.

    Cook till oil begins to appear. Add lemon juice and mix it

    Add the rice and combine gently
