Kamai me oil gram Karein then add ajmain, hari mirch, ginger paste fry then add onion paste ache se fry Karein then add tomato paste ise bhi ache se fry Karein..

Then add salt, red chilli powder, haldi, Dhani ya powder, chat Masala, gram Masala, amchur, jeera powder mix Karein ache se aur ache se fry Karein then boil chole and tea leave water

Tea leave water ko add Krne ke badh 5 to 7 min ache se pak eye corriender leave sprinkle kar ke ready karein

Then boil potato ko peel karein then mixi me ache se paste bana Le then potato paste ko maida suji etc me hi mix Karein 1 tspn oil add karein then ache se mix Kar ke soft dough ready karein jarurat padhe to warm water use karein dough bana ne ke liye

Then oil lagake 2 hours ke liye warm place me rakh de

After 2 hours dough ko oil lagake again dough ko mal le.... then kadai me oil gram Karein oil lagake loi Le kar bhatura bel ke deep fry Karein.....
