Wash and drain the rajma pressure cook them with water and salt for 3to 4 whistles.

Allow the steam to escape before opening Drain, discard the water and keep aside.

Heat a non-stick kadai on a medium flame and when hot add cumin seeds dry roast for about 30 sec and then add the green chilies,ginger,garlic.

Then add chopped onion and cook till the onion turns brown.

Then add tomato and cook.

Add the boiled Rajma and boiled palak.

Add turmeric powder and dhaniya powder mix well, add salt if required.

Add few drops of water mix and cook for 5 -10min.

Serve hot with chapaties.
