Take all 3 ingredients in a mixie jar and grind it into a grainy texture mixture.

Transfer it to freezer box.

Put it in the freezer for few hours till u get icy texture.

Once done, keep out for few seconds to ease scooping.

Use a spoon to scrape or scoop the granita.

Muskmelon granita is ready to serve.

For Indian touch, u can sprinkle little red chilli powder + sea salt or chaat masala.

You can add sugar instead of condensed milk.

Condensed milk enriches the flavour.

You can make Orange,strawberry,watermelon, mangoes, Orange etc.
