Ingredients

  • 1 packagesLarge bag of frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 cupMayonaise
  • 1 mediumOnion
  • 1 eachSleeve of Ritz Crackers
  • 2 eachEggs well beaten
  • 1 cupShredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 canCream of mushroom soup
  • 4 sliceButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375?F.

  2. 2

    Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain, sal and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Add mayonnaise, eggs, soup, cheese and onion. Place in casserole dish.

  4. 4

    Top wih cracker crumbs, arrange butter on top of crackers.

  5. 5

    Bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes.
