4 ozCan Chilis
1 cupChopped Tomatoes
2 1/2 cupGrated Monterey Jack Cheese
3Eggs
1 cupMilk
1 cupBisquick
1 pinchSalt

Steps

Layer chilis, tomatoes and cheese in greased 8x8 baking dish.

In separate bowl, Mix eggs, milk, bisquick until smooth.

Pour over top of chilis, tomatoes, and cheese.

Bake until set and top is light brown, about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
