
Buffalo style chicken breasts

I love hot wings and buffalo sauce but wanted to make it healthier by using chicken breasts rather than fatty wings, plus this can be eaten with a fork without the mess. You can use Blue Cheese dressing instead of ranch if that's your taste, and serve with celery :)

Preheat oven to 400°F

Place chicken breasts or breast filets in ziploc bag, seal, and pound flat with meat tenderizer, using smooth side

Place chicken in greased baking dish
- 4
Mix together Frank's sauce and ranch, and coat chicken with mixture
- 5
Sprinkle green onions and cheese over the top, and cover with foil
- 6
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes
