Steps

Boil the sphagetti in a pan and wait for 15 minutes

Seive the water in a colander and the wash the sphagetti with cold water to avoid stickyness
- 3
Puthe oil in a pan add the onions and sautee the them for about 2sec
- 4
Add the tumeric then add in the sphagetti
- 5
Stir for 10minutes untill the tumeric changes colour
- 6
Garnish with the corriander and serve with minced meat or tomato soup
