Ingredients

35minutes
  1. 200 gsphagetti
  2. Coriander freshly chopped
  3. 1 pinchPepper black
  4. 1/4 cupVegetable oil
  5. Finely chopped fresh onion
  6. Tumeric powder1/4teaspoon
  7. 1 pinchSalt

Steps

35minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the sphagetti in a pan and wait for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Seive the water in a colander and the wash the sphagetti with cold water to avoid stickyness

  3. 3

    Puthe oil in a pan add the onions and sautee the them for about 2sec

  4. 4

    Add the tumeric then add in the sphagetti

  5. 5

    Stir for 10minutes untill the tumeric changes colour

  6. 6

    Garnish with the corriander and serve with minced meat or tomato soup
