Tuna Carpaccio my version

Steps

Season the tomato with salt, pepper and half of the lemon juice. Do the same thing with the avocado. Mix the tomato and avocado together with the parsley and 1 dash of olive oil.

Put the sliced tuna in a plate, sprinkle some salt and pepper. Put the tomato and avocado mixture in the middle and dash the remaining olive oil on top.

Serve with toasts.
