Roast ground nut in a dry hot pan

All the ingredients mixed in a bowl with little water as a HARD lump

Take a bread and make it wet with finger tips for binding... And then take a amount of that hard lump and fill it and roll if perfectly with hand.... After that deep fry it.. Until color is turn to brown. And then ready it for serve... Testy crispy pakoda
