stir-fry cauliflower with ketchup and soy sause - Chinese dish

in Europe and America,I find people normally boil cauliflowers as a part of sides. But you should have tried this kind of seasoning. ketchup and soy sauce will not let you down. if you use fried chicken or pork fillet replace the cauliflower,then you will have a classic Chinese dish just like you oreded before in Chinese restaurants. sugar salt vinegar can be put in depending on you. by the way there are no neither lucky cookies nor Tso's chicken in China. But they are good ideas. if you like sweet and spicy chicken,then have a look of my kungpao chicken recipe.

  1. 1 eachcauliflower
  2. 1 sliceginger
  3. 1spring onion or leek
  4. 1garlic

    put washed cauliflower in boiling water until water boils again

    chop some pieces of ginger garlic and leek or spring onion just for seasoning

    sunflower seed oil in the pan and put in prepared ginger garlic leek

  4. 4

    ketchup and soy sauce in. if your tomato sauce is thick,then put in some water. choose Chinese soy sauce marked as 酱油 or 生抽. do not use japanese sushi sauce which is quite different.

    then cauliflower in. keep fry until the pedicel parts become green
