Parwal potato poppy seeds curry

Scratch the peel off the parwal and give a cut at the both end. keep aside

Cut the Potatoes into slices

Heat oil in a wok and saute the parwal adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and saute.cover it keeping on a low flame

Make a smooth paste of Poppy seeds and.green chillies
- 6
Now uncover and fry the veggies till it changes colour
- 7
Add the paste mix well

Add water according to the desired consistency and allow it to boil
- 9
Finally add sugar and mix well.

Serve with rice or flat bread
