Ingredients

  1. 250 kgbutter or marg
  2. 200 kgwhite chocolate melts
  3. 300 kgsugar
  4. 1 tbspcoffee
  5. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1 1/2 cupself raising flour
  7. 3/4 cupcustard powder
  8. 2eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 150°C

  2. 2

    Line a large cake tin with baking paper

  3. 3

    Melt chocolate & butter in bowl.

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients &mix with electric mixer till all combined

  5. 5

    Add to prepared tin

  6. 6

    Bake for 1 hr or till skewer comes out clean

  7. 7

    Leave to cool
