1Suji/semolina
1Sugar
2 1/4Water
2/3Ghee/butter
3Cardamom
1as needed as needed Cashews

Boil water and dissolve sugar and cardamom in it

Dry roast semolina for 5 minutes till color and texture changes

Add ghee and roast for 5 - 7 minutes till reddish brown

Slowly pour in simple syrup and immediately cover. Cook for 3-4 minutes till all the water is absorbed
