Ingredients

  1. 1 kgMinced steak
  2. 1Carrot,grated
  3. 1/4 cupEvaporated milk
  4. 1 canTomato soup
  5. 1/2 cupUncooked long grain rice
  6. 1Onion,finely chopped
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix minced steak,rice,carrot,onion,evaporated milk with salt and pepper to taste.Mix thoroughly and shape into balls.Heat the soup and water in a large pan,Drop meatballs int the soup mixture and bring to the boil.Simmer gently for 30 minutes.Serve with mashed potato and green veggies.
