Ingredients

  • peanut butter icing
  • 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  • 4 tbspmaragine or butter
  • 1 cupicing sugar
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • cupcake
  • 1 boxwhite cupcake mix
  • Filling
  • 1/2 cupyour favourite jam or jelly

  1. 1

    Prepare the cupcakes according to the package directions. Allow to cool before step#2

  2. 2

    Depress a hole in the top and into the middle of each cupcake, using your finger.

  3. 3

    Fill the hole with your jam or jelly choice.

  4. 4

    Create the icing: mix the peanut butter and the margarine. Add in the icing sugar and then the milk.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
