First of all boil soaked overnight black chanan chawla.

In a cooker add both and add water and take 5 whistle.

In a bowl add lime juice, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste.

Mix very well and make a paste.

Add the paste in boiled chana.

After boiling u can mash the chana and chawla with ur hands.

Add chopped tomatoes, Onion and Green chilli.

Mix all very well.
