Sabse pahale gas par ek kadhi garam karein usme jeera or hing ko dry rost karein.

Ab ek bowl mein garam masala ko chodkar sabhi masala le or paani daal kar ghol bana le or kadhi mein pakaye.

Ab jab ye ghol pak jaye tab green chilli or chopped tomato add karein or ache se paka le or capsicum, aaloo add karein or ache se milaye or halka se paani daale or dhak kar sim gas par sabji pakaye.

Ab thodi der mein check karein jab aaloo gal jaye tab sabji taiyar sabji mein rosted Kasoori mathi daal kar bhune or paani sukha le.

Ab sabji ko garam garam roti ke saath serve karein.
