Dal ko wash karke half hour ke liye paani mein shok karein.

Ab dal ko cooker mein daal kar usme chopped green chilli or haldi, salt daal kar 2 vishal lagaye.

Ab tadka taiyar karein ek pan mein hing,jeera ko dry rost karein ab usme chopped onion or pinch salt daal kar saute karein.

Ab chopped tomato, red chilli powder,ginger paste daal kar pakaye ab tadka mein dal daale or green coriander, garam masala daal kar chapati ya rice ke saath serve karein.
