Blanch spinach in hot water and grind it with chilli and keep it aside

Now roast cumin seeds and cinnamon in a pan and then make a paste of it with tomato

Heat a wok and ginger,garlic paste and cook it till it becomes light brown and then add onion paste.

Cook onion paste till it leaves all the water

To this add tomatoe paste and cook it for min on slow flame.

Add red chilli powder,turmeric,salt and cumin and cook for another 2 mins.

Now add yogurt while the flame is slow and quickly give it a good mix in the masala add Palak and paneer.garnish with ginger.
