Boil potatoes with little salt. In a nonstick pan put beef, tumeric, lemon, salt, chilles, pepper,masala and cook till done. Add onion and coriander.

Mash potatoes,take small amount of potatoes and make a ball with ur hands. Flatten the ball, add 1 tablespoon of beef then fold the potatoes and make it to a ball. When all balls r done, heat oil till hot. Cover cutlets balls with bread crumbs n coat with egg then fry them.
