Steps

Wash and deseed the chillies.

Take all the masalas and grind them ; be careful not to grind fine.

Mix all of these in mustard oil 2-3 tbsp and stuff them in the chillies. Slit the chillies in the middle. And begin the stuffing

Take each of the chillies and put them to fry in the oil.

And now store these in the jar.

Keep having them as and when with the meals
