Subse pehle moong ko wash kar do aur garam pani mein 6to7 bante bhigo ke rakho

Uske baad usme se pani nicalker moong ko ek clean cotton mein tight bandh ke ek bartan mein rakh do aur dakh do aur warm place mein rakho jab tak sprout ho jaye

Ab ek bowl mein sprout moong, chopped palak aur boiled potato dal ke mix karo

Ab ye mixture mein green chilli,ginger garlic paste,jeera,til aur ajwain dal ke mix karo

Ab usme sliced onion,besan,haldi dhania powder,red chilli powder aur salt mix karo aur dough ready karo

Ab dough mein se hath se shape do

Ab ek kadai mein oil lo aur jo dough mein se donuts tayar kiye hai use fry karo.

Ab ek plate mein nicalker onion aur hara dhania se garnish karo

Ab garama garam donuts sauce ya green chutney ke sath serve karo
