Simple sausage spaghetti

Remove the sausage skin with sharp knife or kitchen scissors. Discard skin

Heat oil in pan. Meanwhile, finely chop onions and garlic. Add to oil with chilli flakes. Cook for 4 minutes or until starting to soften.

Make 200ml chicken stock (add cube to hot water)

Add sausage to pan and brown the meat - 3 or 4 mins
- 5
Cook spaghetti as per instructions -typically 10-12 mins
- 6
Grate zest of 1 lemon and juice both lemons. Add to pan with chicken stock and crepe fraiche. Cook for 8 mins or until liquid reduced by half

Drain spaghetti when cooked and add to pan with spinach. Cook for two mins

Serve with grated parmesan
