Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupArhar ki dal / tuar
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • 1 tspginger and green chilli paste
  • 1 tbspgrated Jaggery
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspimli ka pulp
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspSambhar powder (already mentioned)
  • 2cloves
  • 1 tsphing,zeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Dal ko wash kar ke 15 min soak karein. Cooker m dal,3 cup pani,haldi or salt mix kar ke 2 whistle lgaye.

  2. 2

    Non stick pan ke garam hone par hing, zeera or mustard seeds ko roast karein. Add tomato puree,ginger and green chilli paste. 2 min saute karein.sabhi masale mix karein.2 min cook karein.

  3. 3

    Daal dal kar jaggery or imli pulp add karein.5 min tak sim gas p cook karein.

  4. 4

    Chapati or rice ke sath serve karein.
