Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2medium sized Watermelon
  2. 1 slicecucumber
  3. 2 cupsrice
  4. Salt
  5. 3 cubesKnorr
  6. 1/2 kgGoat meat
  7. leavesUzazi
  8. 1 tablespoonCamerooun black pepper
  9. 1 tablespoonPepper soup spice
  10. 1/2 kgcow meat
  11. Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice for 10minutes,wash it and boil water again then pour the rice to boil.add salt to taste and bring it down onces the rice is done.

    Boil the meat with salt,maggi and onion with a cup of water till the water drys up.then pour in 2 more cups of water.

  3. 3

    Put salt,maggi cubes,camerooun black pepper,peppersoup spice and boil for 15minutes.

  4. 4

    Cut then wash the uziza leaves,pour inside the pot boil for another 2minutes.stir and viola is ready.

  5. 5

    Cut the watermelon pour inside blender and blend.(dont add water)

  6. 6

    Serve with the cucumber
