Ingredients

  • 2 cupskala chana
  • 3onion grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tspchop green coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Chana wash and soak at overnight.

  2. 2

    Boil chana with salt.

  3. 3

    Wok main pehle salt dal ke garlic,ginger and onion saute ke all masala and tomato puree add ke half cup water add ke masala ready ke le.

    Masala main chana dal ke saute ke cooker main shift ke 2 whistle lagwa le.
