Matar Paneer

Soak sukhe green mutter overnight. Nxt day remove the water and let it sprout for 2/3 days as sprouted mutter are more beneficial. After 2 days mutter and panner (cuted in cube shape) both marinate in salt and haldi wala pani.

Now grind onion and garlic together and in dry cooker place the paste. Dry roast a little till it's rawness is gone.

Now grind tomatoes, green chilli and ginger together and add to the onion garlic paste. Let it fry nicely.

Once the paste is nicely fried, add all powder masalas and keep on frying.

Add sabut garam masalas and fry for 2/3 minutes.

Add mutter Panner both together after removing from the marinated water and mix well and open fry stirring occasionally.

Once found dat all masalas are nicely coated, pour a glass of water, mix well and close the cooker. Give 2 whistles and open the cooker after once it cools down. Serve garama garam Mutter Panner curry with garama garam rotis.
