Steam the soya keema with salt

Make paste of coriander leaves and ginger garlic

Marinate the granules with the masala paste and curd

Heat a pan and fry the onions till it becomes golden

Add the marinated granules and mix well adding red chilli powder

Add tomato sauce and mix well

Add garam masala powder and switch off the heat

Now plate it on a microwave safe dish

Take the egg and broke it gently

Spread it over the cooked keema and keep it on high micro for 3-4 mnts

Soya keema with poached egg is ready to be served with any type of flat bread or paratha
