Steps

Heat oil in a pan, add hing & jeera, add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger,garlic paste & sauté.

Add all the dry masalas & sauté well.

Add mashed potatoes & mix well.

Close the lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes.

Add coriander and keep it aside.

Take a bowl and add besan and rice flour, haldi powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix the water and people aside for 5 minutes.

Make small balls out of the potato mixture.

Dip the balls in besan and deep fry.

Your dish is almost ready to eat just serve hot with green chutney.
