Ingredients

  • 1beef chuck roast
  • 1 bagfrozen mixed veggies (your choice)
  • 2 packetsslow cooker pot roast mix
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Place roast in a crock pot

  2. 2

    Mix 2 packets of pot roast mix with 2 cups of water and pour on top of roast

  3. 3

    Cook on high 6 hours or low 8 hours

  4. 4

    Add veggies to the crock pot the last 30 to 45 mins of cooking time

  5. 5
