1 litremilk
1/2 cupbasmati rice
1 cupsugar
1/2 cupmixed dry fruits
1/4 tspcardomom powder

Boil milk and keep on simmer

Add wash and soaked rice and stir well
3

Add sugar and stir continuasly
4

When it becomes thickens add cardomom piwder
5

Garnish with dry fruitss
6

Serve hot or chilled
