Kali saboot urad dal ko ache se wash karke 1 hour ke liye paani mein shok karein.

Gas par cooker mein dal, rajma or paani daale.

Ab usme salt,haldi,moti saunf daale or paani kuch jayada rkkhe cooker ki leed lagaye or ek vishal aane de ab gas ko sim karein or dal 20-25 minute tak pakne de.

Ab gas par ek pan garam karein usmezjeera or hing ko dry rost karein.

Ab usme chopped green chilli,ginger garlic paste or onion daale or pinch salt daale or onion ko saute karein jab onion gal jaye tab usme tomato chopped daale or galne tak pakaye.

Ab usme sabhi masala daale or saute karein or tadke ko dal mein milaye chopped green coriander se garnish kar dal Makhani ko rice, roti ya naan ke saath serve karein.
