4 piecesdrumsticks
4 piecesbitter gourd
1/3 portionpumpkin
1sweet potato
1/2 portionraw papaya
To tastesalt and sugar
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp Black mustard seeds paste
1/4 teaspoonturmeric
As neededoil
As neededwater

Cut all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan, add the vegetables and saute for a while.

Add salt and turmeric powder now pour water and cover it for some time.

When the vegetables become tender, add the ginger and mustard seeds paste mix very well.

Sukta is ready to serve.
