1/2 cupcauliflower blanched
1Onion chopped
2-3curry leaves
1/2 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 cupwater
1 pinchhing
3/4 tspblack mustard seeds
1/2 tspcumin seeds

10-15minutes

Heat a pan add cumin seeds & mustard seeds roast dry for 1- 2 minutes.

Add chopped onion roast for 2-3 min and curry leaves add hing, Turmeric powder, Salt, Red chilli powder.

Add water.

Add blanched broccoli & Cauliflower mix well and cook for 8-10 minutes

Ready to serve.
