  1. 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  2. 1 cupred wine vinegar or sangria
  3. 1/2 cupred pistachios, shelled
  4. Christmas salad, cold or hot
  5. 1 canbeets,drained
  6. 1 largered onion,sliced
  7. 1 bunchradishes,washed and chopped
  8. 1/2 cupshredded red cabbage
