  • 1/2 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 cupred wine vinegar or sangria
  • 1/2 cupred pistachios, shelled
  • Christmas salad, cold or hot
  • 1 canbeets,drained
  • 1 largered onion,sliced
  • 1 bunchradishes,washed and chopped
  • 1/2 cupshredded red cabbage
