It is traditional rajasthani dish. It has awesome taste.
Steps

For dough: Take bowl. Add flour, salt, ajwain, oil, coriander seeds, fennel seeds. Mix well.

Now add water as required and make a smooth dough.

Now take a equal size of dough and make a round shape balls.

Take a batti oven. And bake the batties. For 30 mins. Check the batti while baking. Otherwise it will burn.

Now remove batti from oven.

Take a bowl of ghee. DIp bati In the ghee(unsalted butter).

Now process of urad dal: Take a cooker add urad dal and chana dal and 5 cup water for boil. Take 3 whistles. Remove from gas.

Take a pan. Add oil. When it heats add fennel seeds cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Now add chopped onion. Then add garlic and green chilli.

Now add all masala. And little bIt of water.

Then add chopped tomatoes. Add cook them for 5 mins.

Now add boiled dal and water.

Cook for 10 mins. At last add coriander leaves. Serve it.

Serve the dal bati with green & red chutney And onion lemon salad.
