Add the condensed milk and sugar to a pan and melt

Add in your butter, mars bars and chocolate spread, keep stirring until melted

Add in flour and stir well. Line an oven proof dish with grease proof paper, pour in the mixture and put into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut when warm and then allow to cool totally and harden before serving.
