  2. 1 cupKuttu ka atta
  3. 1/3 spoonLal mirch powder
  4. 4Hari mirch barik kati
  5. 1/2 spoonCoriander powder
  6. 1Badi Elaichi
  7. 2Laung
  8. 2Choti Elaichi
  9. 3-4Kali mirch kuch daane
  10. 1 chota tukdaJaifal
  11. as per tasteSendha namak
  12. 3 tbspDesi ghee
  13. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil kiye aalu ko cheel Kar mash Kar lijiye.

  2. 2

    Badi Elaichi, choti Elaichi, long, Kali mirch sabhi masalon ko grind Kar lijiye.

  3. 3

    Ab mash kiye huye aalu mein sabhi masalon aur coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, Kati huyi Hari mirch aur coriander leaves ko daal Kar achchi tarah Mila lijiye.

  4. 4

    Ab inhe gol ya lambe ya jaisa aap chahe aakar mein inke balls bana lijiye.

  5. 5

    Ek boil mein kuttu ke aate ko lijiye aur iska patla ghol bana lijiye.

  6. 6

    Ab taiyar kiye huye balls ko ismein dip Kar lijiye.

  7. 7

    Ab ek karahi mein deshi ghee ko Garam kijiye aur cutlets ko deep fry kijiye.

  8. 8

    Jab ye sunahara bhura ho Jaye toh isse tissue paper par nikal lijiye.

  9. 9

    Isse coriander leaves se garnish kijiye.
