Ingredients

  1. 10 3/4 ozcream of chicken soup
  2. 1 1/3 cupwater
  3. 3/4 cupuncooked long grain white rice
  4. 1/2 tsponion powder
  5. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  6. 2 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
  7. 4skinless boneless chicken breast halves
  8. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

  1. 1

    Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in 11x8 inch shallow baking dish.

  2. 2

    Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.

  3. 3

    Bake at 375°for 50 min. or until chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 min. Stir rice before serving.
