10 3/4 ozcream of chicken soup
1 1/3 cupwater
3/4 cupuncooked long grain white rice
1/2 tsponion powder
1/4 tspground black pepper
2 cupfrozen mixed vegetables
4skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper, and vegetables in 11x8 inch shallow baking dish.

Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.

Bake at 375°for 50 min. or until chicken and rice are done. Top with cheese. Let casserole stand for 10 min. Stir rice before serving.
