  2. 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  3. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 8 ozsour cream
  5. 1 tbspyellow mustard
  6. 1 tspgarlic salt
  7. 1 tspkosher salt
  8. 2 tspfresh cracked pepper
  9. 1 1/2 lbcarne picada
  10. 1 lbegg noodles
  11. 1onion diced
  12. 3 cupsliced mushrooms
  13. 2cubes beef bouillon
  14. 1/2 cupwater
  15. 1/4 cupmilk

  1. 1

    Brown onion, mushrooms and carne picada

  2. 2

    Add beef bouillon, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Keep on simmer. Add mustard, milk, sour cream, kosher salt, pepper, garlic salt and cream of mushroom
