2 tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tbspsoy sauce
8 ozsour cream
1 tbspyellow mustard
1 tspgarlic salt
1 tspkosher salt
2 tspfresh cracked pepper
1 1/2 lbcarne picada
1 lbegg noodles
1onion diced
3 cupsliced mushrooms
2cubes beef bouillon
1/2 cupwater
1/4 cupmilk

Brown onion, mushrooms and carne picada

Add beef bouillon, soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and water. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Keep on simmer. Add mustard, milk, sour cream, kosher salt, pepper, garlic salt and cream of mushroom
