Besan chill are simple spiced gram flour pancakes from North Indian cuisine. These can be eaten with curd , chutni or enjoyed with a cup of tea..either with breakfast or evening snacks.

Besan chill are simple spiced gram flour pancakes from North Indian cuisine. These can be eaten with curd , chutni or enjoyed with a cup of tea..either with breakfast or evening snacks.
Steps

Add besian,ajwain,Kalimirch powder,red chilli powder salt to taste in a mixing bowl and everything well.

Add ginger,coriander, onion, green chilli. Pour enough water to make thick better but pourable consistency.

Take a non stick pan grease it lightly with few drops of oil on a medium flame.

Mix the better well. Take a ladle of better and put in the middle of the pan and quickly spread to a round chilla.

Put some oil around the corner and center of the chilla.

Allow to cook until edges leave the pan.

Flip it to the other side. Press down edges with the help of spatula.

Fry the chilla until it cooked completely and gets golden spots.

Hense your chila is ready to serve enjoy with curd,chutni or tea.
