Firstly, boil the sanvak and put 2 boil potatoes and one teaspoon of salt. Now make a dough of these ingredients.leave it for 30 mins...Then make sanvak ki roti on non-stick tawa.........Now take a pan for aloo vegetable..put 1 spoon of oil in pan then,put paste of ginger and tomato in a pan..add red chilli and salt to taste..cook it for 5-10 mins..when gravy is ready then add 4 boiled potatoes..Tasty sanvak ki roti and aloo sabji is ready...serve it with curd and green salad
